The hotel is located on a wonderful family beach, perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are lovely, clean, modern, and spacious, always kept clean. The service is excellent, ready to assist in every question and very kind, even bringing us forgotten items. The location is truly gorgeous, excellent, and super kid-friendly. The dining experience, while good with a big variety, feels a bit mundane after a few days. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious with a nice balcony, had a simple and plain decoration resembling a student dorm. However, they were clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The service was attentive and always ready to assist, making my stay more enjoyable. The location, with a sea view from my room and close proximity to the beautiful Galissas beach, was a definite highlight. On the downside, the hotel felt overly cramped and not up to a 4 or 5-star standard. The dining experience offered a delicious buffet style with plenty of options, but the restaurant felt too small and crowded at times.
The hotel is superbly located right next to Galissos beach, offering excellent proximity to the sea and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and modern, providing comfortable accommodation, though the dining options could be more varied. The service is outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff. The facilities, including the beachfront location, make for a great stay.
